it really isn't "oh my god the food in Europe is so good" it is "the food in America is so bad" what's even more insane is how this "healthy food premium" is de facto accepted by people in the US instead of pushing for a change at the incentive level. same with insurance & healthcare, but even larger incentive there

Sadly, it’s not only that the food is bad, some of it is even toxic due to the GMOs used to grown it. European countries don’t allow the crap due to its carcinogenic profile.
