Got started on our flows.wtf-funded initiative to integrate Nouns builder data into @quotient.

First step was getting a baseline of what Nouns builder data currently exists within Quotient: ~2,500+ Nouns-related Warpcast accounts with varying levels of engagement.

This week I'm going to get started on integrating flows.wtf data, and after that, I'll put up an interactive dashboard to make the data accessible + get feedback on how to integrate the data into our Farcaster builder reputation score.
