I think it could def be a home for people that like that style. 

I think for most though, the avg content feed has gotten too high quality to be replicable without the focused effort of a creator/team. 

Quasi-professional or ultra hobbyist channels will be the “lowest effort” channels that survive

Or said another way - our friends are boring (in the broader context of all the incredible people on the internet)
