Does stripe have their own infrastructure or did they partner with coinbase?

Some thoughts:
- no L2s sucks for users
- 1.5% fee is *a lot*

At current gas prices end user pays $1.5 flat. For the business crypto might still be cheaper than credit cards tho, those take 3% I believe.
