last week, 5-6k points were enough to get you in the top 300-400 for rewards. Now, you can't get in the top 500 with less than approx 14k points. 

Someone (well, a lot of people) are doing some sort of wizardry to get that many points. I'm not sure how.

I think it’s based on engagement mainly and followers too.

That's exactly what I'm asking lol

in reality, not many small accounts are getting that many points. Also, me as a relatively small account (less than 2k follows) am there in the top 500 so... not sure how I got my points, apart from people engaging with my casts (relative to the number of follows I have)
