Haven't been posting lately here because of the break.

After the last dip that kept dipping I realized that even after a couple years I am not well suited to mentally be present at this casino 24/7.

As a response to that I started trying to reduce my mental exposure. The key point is to be happy regardless of the market movements (and most of the time the crypto market is in correction). Otherwise I'm just wasting my (possibly) best years on worrying.

This is not a simple "okay it's done" thing. It's a huge and continuous effort paired with a lot of techniques that I need to learn to apply.
