FarCon NYC

We are officially 10 weeks out 🙂

One thing I loved about last year's FarCon was how much it embraced and captured SoCal/LA vibes - an indoor/outdoor venue, steps away from one of the most iconic beaches in CA, incorporating local restaurants for lunch, color palette/branding, etc. 

It felt like "LA's love letter to Farcaster" ...which made me think a lot about what the New York version of FarCon LA could be.  Last fall, I started crowdsourcing some ideas over dinner about what "bringing New York to Farcaster" could look like (h/t @yb @rubinovitz @dylsteck.eth @zinger).  What we are planning with our partners has already far exceeded my expectations and has made me love this city and community even more -- we can't wait to share it with all of you!!!

(Also part of being a New Yorker is (slightly obnoxiously) thinking New York is the center of the universe so thanks in advance for indulging us for just one weekend 🗽)

Emma has been working incredibly hard to make /farcon-nyc an amazing experience. 

Shes not a member of the Merkle/Farcaster team. She’s a hyper competent volunteer who loves this community.

Remember that this is a COMMUNITY driven event.

Get waitlisted? Don’t take it out on Emma who is doing her best to  a weed through a bunch of competitive applications for a small amount of spots.

Don’t feel like there’s enough of your thing at the main event? Throw a side event for your thing.
