Why does anyone think Base is an interesting chain besides they exist and Jesse is motivating?

Base seems like the most meritocratic chain for builders.

If you hustle and build you can get access to rounds grants, bigger 5k grants, coinbase ventures investments, and distribution.

Most other chains have DAOs or BD that have really complex, inconsistent pipelines that are hard for builders to navigate.

The Base team is clear on what they want and rewarding people who do it.
