Fwiw I think "gray tribe" is absolutely horrendous branding. Evokes the gray souls who know neither victory nor defeat.

Agree. Anything that brands itself as the negative of a thing instead of proposing a new thing is hard to brand.

Plurality movement is slightly better branding, but it doesn’t actually feel cool to identify as pluralistic.
