“California is a failed state” reminds me of a tech exec telling me that real PMF is when even numerous controversies and problems (eg sexual harassment at GitHub) won’t stop product usage. Similarly, California has such environmental PMF not even the failing state can stop people from wanting to live there.

I love nature but hate when the state won’t pick up my trash and is too incompetent to stop my friends’ houses from burning down
