You are the product of your habits So if you have a bad habit and you want to change. Here’s some advice from someone who recently completed a month of not stress eating I’m losing weight a lot faster and my bulk is finally reducing 1. Change your environment It’s the most obvious factor but sometimes the simplest answer is the one you need. I made it harder for me to grab a snack and instead made it way easier to just drink water. So recently when I get stress or bored I would drink water which would make me become mindful 2. Journal I have been typing out in my Apple notes every time I eat and trying to figure out what makes me want to stress eat. This simple task actually made me self conscious and most importantly aware of why I had this habit It’s because stress eating is in a way something that I can control when I feel like I don’t have any. It allows me to cope when there isn’t any other way to do so So in order to stop that feeling. I actually took up sewing 🤠

Overall I just want to say that you can also change no matter what Don’t wish for it to happen but instead take that first step You hear it all the time but it is true If you want to make yourself better, you have to start. So do it, become the person you want to be Many are rooting for you and I’ll be here to continue shouting from the stands that I can’t wait to see you succeed
