The worst thing a project or team can do in this space is to dampen the spirits of their community’s biggest supporters

If the loudest and most vocal supporters suddenly don’t feel empowered to evangelize a project or they feel like it’s not worth their time, then imagine how the average user feels

Seen many projects blow up this way and never return - teams should be thankful to have such fans

It’s quite ironic as I notice some of the strongest community members get treated as if they’re easily replaceable
