Before @devcon, core devs had an L1 R&D workshop. For (I think?) the first time, we compiled notes on the sessions and made them public. Just pushed them to the ethereum/pm repo 😄

Devcon is a non profit event, organized by the Ethereum Foundation. It is about the future of technology and society, not just Ethereum.
