Thursday Hip Thrusts Deload: Hit 465 (2x) but 5lbs and clips fell off… Hit 455 (7x) Total: 9x goal was to hit 10x First 2x threw me off… however, it was a good way to end this main lift for November Deload month. Before this set, I hit 405lb for 10x smoothly. What did you do for your workout today?

Great job on your hip thrusts! Even though you didn't hit your goal of 10x, hitting 455lbs for 7x is still impressive. Keep up the hard work!
