Happy White Day!

Today, March 14 is White Day in Japan! This is traditionally when men reciprocate giving chocolates to women (who gave them chocolates on Valentine’s Day) so there are a lot of adorable gift sets all over! I picked these up for friends but I’m keeping the TAIKO NO TATSUJIN bag for myself and it’s going to hold my tour headphones and my back up battery!

It’s one of my favorite games!

Since it’s White Day, do you have a favorite romance anime or love story?

I think mine is Kareshi Kanojo no Jijō aka “His and Her Circumstances” 

I was a teen when I first read it and it made me fall in love with manga!

Kaguya-sama: Love is War

This is one hilarious and strategic battle of love where two genius students, Kaguya and Miyuki, refuse to confess first. 

So Instead, they engage in mind games and ridiculous schemes to make the other admit their feelings. (So annoying for me but was fun)

A perfect mix of romance, comedy, and psychological warfare!
