I have pretty good data that most of them are getting absorbed - e.g., Vitamin D levels are in check, same for B12, and cardiovascular markers are great.

This is one of the things that always makes me skeptical. The actual measurements and bioavailability of a lot of supplements is a lot worse than most people would think, looking at you melatonin, but awesome to see you're tracking it and seeing tangible results!
