Trying to settle a bet... How many of you 1. Use Gnosis Safe at your org 2. Use Fireblocks 3. Use something custodial, like Coinbase Prime (4. No org, or org doesn't use crypto)

We used 1, but it ended up being a huge problem/PITA cross chain. The rest don't support all of the chains our protocol is on. EOA FTW.

This rings true to my experience too. If you are at the bleeding edge of deployments you have to wait for infra like Safes, Fast bridges, UniV2, and Chainlink like Oracles to deploy to really see Defi bloom on a chain. Aave like money market also often required for lower friction txing.
