Current most shippable stack: Next.js + Radix/Shadcn + Neon Very happy with this so far and is very close to the underlying. Leveraging each part what its good at and able to eject if I need too.

It's a serverless wrapper around postgres and provides url based connection pooling which is super useful for next.js
