It's important to separate the artist from the organization IMO when discussing this stuff because the desire for a simplistic definition to a complex and dynamic system is a helluva drug.

Of course with all things there is nuance, but this is akin to plundering the nation’s health and tossing us a few trinkets (which also serve your agenda)

Eg. One of the breakthroughs you cited was “Proving the connection between cholesterol and heart disease” — a nice way to enrich your buddies at P&G too!
