i've definitely done the half sliced and marinated thing but tbh i don't think i've ever baked post marinade, gotta try it!

i’ve never even thought about doing the half sliced. i’ve done strips for a tikka masala but wondering if that would be good half sliced too!

yeah as far as i can tell the half sliced thing is mostly an aesthetic choice. kinda holds it all together like a cutlet too so easier for searing
