spontaneously decided to run a 5k for a boat (?) festival in my partners hometown to raise money for the one fire dept that covers 3 towns. this feels like peak 30’s. i forgot to record the first little bit but total was 3.1miles with 10:46” pace which is my best yet & it had some nice little hills ⚡️

easy & quick yummy dinner i tried is pan friend gnocchi with an array of veggies. you can season with whatever, i did herbs de provence, salt & yeast to add a little cheesy taste. roasted at 450 for 35 mins! don’t think i can eat gnocchi any another way now.

the fomo…i just saw rebel cheese have cheese shops in nyc! has anyone tried their product yet? my dad was stoked to show me the website after seeing it on shark tank but have yet to try. i love myokos, treeline cheesemakers, & tj’s shredded parm+mozz.
