What are some properties that a token launch should have for you to consider it ethical / values-aligned and not decrease your excitement for the project?

Love a fair drop. /RSIC has been a great example of that. The mining /gamification of allocation has kept my excitement levels high and I can’t wait for the launch at the halving. Would prefer a doxxed team to be sure all values align, but love what they are doing so far.
