When people show you who they are - let them. Don’t try and change anything or have it be anything other than what it is. Remove all expectations and focus on what’s in your control.

Totally agreed. In working field, I prefer to know someone that's truthful to theirselves rather than the one who lie about themselves. I mean they don't even know what they want why would even believe someone like that.
