Running

I'm still mentally processing this challenge. The Lap was the toughest challenge I've done yet. The heat made cramping a real issue. The scenery was stunning. Having family to support around the route made it extra special. So many steep rises hit the legs hard. Getting it done in 12 hours 15 was longer than I hoped but still in the top 25%. A very well managed race and a big thanks to the locals with hoses cooling us down as we went past.

It was stunning, so much I didn't video because I got too tired 😅. There was so much beautiful woodland with moss and bluebells out that will stick in my memory but didn't make it onto camera!

The best “pictures” are those that stay always in our memories 😍
