Looking at the chart it’s only a third of the way there. For streaming to match the dominance of CD assumes no other technology disrupts it.

True. But then where do we evolve to from it being beamed into our everywhere, on demand, over the internet? 

Are resources still devoted to discovering new mediums anymore, or have we reached peak delivery method?
