G'AD DAMN you strong! Keep it up but also be careful to avoid too heavy weights. I was surprised to get to 100 kg for 3x8 reps. Deadlift is prolly the only exercise for me which I was able to progress steadily in

It was an experimental workout when I was training with my husband, and he decided to test how much weight I could lift for one rep. Usually, with my coach, I do 50 kg for 10 reps in 3 sets. But sometimes my trainer likes to mess with me and gives me a pyramid set — deadlifts with burpee 15 reps, then 12, 9, 6, and 3.
