instead of a story time i want to do a AMA in january i had a serious quad injury and in june i became british triple jump champion for the 11th time! i believe that my comeback was due to these five things: 1. research 2. diet 3. sports psychology/ mental preparation 4. intensive rehab 5. rest and recovery ask me anything!

yeah i went to university and studied politics, i’ve always loved creating videos and also artwork too! i think its super important for athletes to find balance, as sport isnt forever and when injuries happen it allows you to find comfort and joy in other things! ☺️

you're right! I think that people burn out the fastest when they don't have hobbies, even for a short time but regularly
