I often feel as a founder your goal is to keep the train moving forward. It's nudging the small things that keep the momentum rolling and making sure that everyone feels motivated and aligned to keep making progress. It's far from glamorous - it really feels like project management on steroids (to me at least).

True! Also if you're going too fast, it'd be much more painful to stop quickly rather than if you're building that momentum slowly 111 $degen
