I often feel as a founder your goal is to keep the train moving forward. It's nudging the small things that keep the momentum rolling and making sure that everyone feels motivated and aligned to keep making progress. It's far from glamorous - it really feels like project management on steroids (to me at least).

Having been on both sides of momentum as a founder, recommend treating it with the utmost reverence.

Keep it moving and keep it focused. Founders need to get comfortable being repetitive to keep the message consistent. Def not glamorous. Hopefully fulfilling. Repetition = Consistency ๐Ÿ” Consistency = Recognition ๐ŸŽฏ Recognition = Confidence ๐Ÿค  Confidence = YES ๐Ÿ™Œ And YES means CUSTOMERS! ๐Ÿค‘

Self-reflection is also important. Knowing when you were wrong and when you need to steer the ship.

True! Also if you're going too fast, it'd be much more painful to stop quickly rather than if you're building that momentum slowly 111 $degen
