slight calorie deficit each day, steady state cardio and hit some higher rep sets in you workouts or add intensifiers to sets, drop sets, cluster sets etc. As for diet I did Keto last year for cutting, dropped down to 7% bodyfat, it was awful but worked. High protein, healthy fats Avoid simple sugars like the plague!
