How do you set boundaries in a world that values constant availability? It feels like we’re expected to be “on” 24/7, whether it’s for work, social media, or messages from family. Finding ways to disconnect and make time for ourselves isn’t easy, but it’s more important than ever. Here’s a few things I do: - I only answer DMs once a day, no matter how many come in—otherwise, I’d be checking my messages constantly. - I also make a point to shut off my phone for a few hours each night to spend time with my wife. She gets grumpy if Warpcast gets all the time. Taking my face out of a screen for a bit always helps me recharge. (Although, I’ll admit—it’s been hard since the introduction or @clanker 😂) What about you? How do you set boundaries in our always connected world?

An important boundary for me to set was deleting all work related apps from my phone. For a few years I had everything from work on my private phone (mail, teams, etc.) - I checked every mail that came in, even when it was at 9pm to see if it's important. This kinda stressed me out. Now I deleted everything work related and once I close my notebook in the office I'm not reachable and can enjoy my free-time. Best decision ever!
