200/500 push-ups for @phil's pushup challenge. No good excuse just worked late and was a baby.

Ate really well today, only about 1400 calories. All clean calories just chicken and mushrooms. 

Not a drop of diet soda all day. 

Under 210 by eow here I come. Weighed 214 today.
