if we make a rough analogy to a company, flows is currently structured like a big inefficient company where employees and departments don't work together, they actively compete with each other. how can we restructure it so that people are working together on projects that drive revenue for the larger program?

basically what i'm thinking is this: projects have an option to "create startup" which: - sets up a flow managed by project creator - optionally sets up new revnet - gives founder a basic money management view where they can start new streams to "employees", pay bounties etc. lets the project expand beyond single player mode, gives upside to creators, lets projects build invested fanbase, and if denominated in $flows tokens it strengthens entire flows economy

companies coordinate individuals towards large goals very well because the costs to work together are lower between people within a company than they are between people outside a company structure. the cost of finding aligned people and synchronizing work needs to come down in DAOs. ideally people have clear rails to work together to grow the pie for everyone involved in Nouns.

Interesting to think about positive sum games and network effects for FLOWS: Flows is great to find builder who can execute on small amounts of $ If more money and collaboration can be allocated to proven builders, I'd love to see a kind of "Investment Thesis/hackathon" to promote collaboration. Let's say you want to gather all beach cleaners of Mexico to collaborate to build tech, events, products, marketing, etc. Opening a call to collaborate with other flows builders with the potential upside of more funding makes sense to me.
