Introducing dynamic bonus pools 🚀 The bonus pool, voted on by nouners, was previously fixed at 25% of the total flow. If only a few people voted, then a few votes could swing a huge amount of funding. Solution? A dynamic bonus flow amount that scales linearly from 0% to 50% as the # of votes reaches a quorum. Now live.

Quorum is currently set at 5%. This should make our flows funding much higher signal!
