Funds in every flow are split 75/25 between the baseline and bonus pools. The baseline pool splits money evenly between builders, the bonus pool is decided by voters. Some flows only have a few votes, meaning one or two nouns can sway a large chunk of funding, which will become even more pronounced as flows grows. Solution? A dynamic bonus flow amount that scales linearly from 0% to 50% as the # of votes reaches a quorum. https://github.com/cobuildwithus/flows-protocol/pull/68

Will flows' main budget ever increase ?? I love the concept and purpose of flows and how it motivates builders to keep updating the project and reach for improvement, but as I want to invite more builders and creators to the platform, I keep earning less and think if it worth it or not !!

What if we consider a markstone system? For example, after 3 months the value flows budget increases, and 3 months after if the project has a score up to 80 ou 90 or even 100, they could be better paid . This contributes for engagement and assures that Who is more align with flows goals will be rewarded for. I believe that should have some way to the votters 1 time each month or each 3 months review their votes and if the projects that was voted are delivering. It can have accelerators such as: Interacting on the warpcast in other grant flows (seeking to unite even more the community) Ex: 100 weekly interactions at warpcast / comments, recasts and likes. I have the same think as @jixai, im doing onboarding for new members.
