This is really one of the coolest cryptosystems I've ever seen in production

It's a recursive set of money streaming pools (@superfluid) , gated by a TCR, with funds distribution decided by Nouns voters (who are btw voting on Base with their mainnet Nouns tokens thanks to @wilsoncusack's brilliant work)

Ultimately I believe it's a step in the right direction towards much more sustainable, accurate, and diverse funding allocation for Nouns
