whenever revnets launch on mainnet, ideally soon after, should be 3-4 weeks

fosters better long term incentive alignment to issue tokens via revnet instead of vanilla bonding curve + comes with whole host of positive features + easy to denominate the revnets in the parent tcr tokens and build a tree of revnets
