I'm not happy that we can't fund existing flows right now.

Will try one final prop to fund existing budgets with $10-$15k a month soon. 

There are too many great builders out there making impact. If Nouns (or the breakeven crowd) truly cares about public good, we should fund them and at least give them a chance to work towards sustainability.

This prop gives us the time we need to design a structure that helps funded projects build a sustainable revenue model.
