our incentives as curators are aligned with the long term growth and sustainability of flows we make the most $ curating TCRs if flows is wildly successful. relative impact + sustainability questions are important

Great article! When the selfies category started to take shape, I looked at it as a 'category loss leader' because it's so easy to be apart of Flows by taking selfies, very little effort and quick user created content. Maybe participants should be required to post on Instagram, Facebook and Tik Tok as well to have a wider reach. Something to consider.

I would look for more impactful projects to fund with the limited precious resources!!!! (I read the article, sorry I don’t see anything about what selfies even does, it was I guess an opinion piece on flows… shocked to see when it said “doing the monthly update”?!? Not to be rude but seems really low effort)🤷♂️

I would agree with this assessment, I plan on hosting a meetup that will be Nouns based. Even though I am not in the meetup flow, I feel as a creator it is on me to spread the name of Nouns and not just in my own little bubble of Farcaster or Twitter. But taking it to the digital streets of TikTok, Youtube, IRL meetups etc. Obviously I wont do this every month or else I would sign up for that flow. Even the software people could stream them building their nounish app/tools and that would be "content creator" ish. Hope the rambling makes sense haha. Long winded way of saying we are all ambassadors now and I agree.

agree on removing the nounish selfies flow it's nice to see selfies with noggles, but it falls into the low-effort bucket that, by rewarding, does more harm than good it's not a public good; it's not art and doesn't benefit anyone. it's a lifestyle. that's ok, but it sends the wrong message about building on Nouns btw, i loved the ui flow idea @pip very needed. it could be a way to have a dedicated decentralized Design team that might work across the org and benefit every prop in need of ux/ui
