We are launching flows.wtf in ~2 days. I will be posting a series of explainer videos over in /flows tomorrow

We need your help! Reply below with some outcomes/budgets you'd like Nouns to fund, and the ones with the most likes I'll submit as initial top level budgets 🚀

Note: 

- Anyone can submit top level budgets to serve as funding pools for Nounish impact

- Please don't spend any real $$ on flows.wtf, these are final test contracts that will be discarded come Wednesday

A big part of this is figuring out what deserves to be a top level budget and what should fit within a specific budget. 

Generally, I lean towards ensuring healthy competition between budgets, while not having too many that it's overwhelming to vote on. 

I'm going to post a draft of the top level flow requirements tomorrow, which will inform the TCR curators what is eligible and not as a budget. Will refine with the community, and post some example budgets as requests come in as well, and ensure they fit within the requirements
