fixed costs of salary of $10k a month for me and $10k for @riderway.eth - outside that $15k for legal/tax advice $400k goes to grants. fixed costs don't scale with grant amount, besides the 5-10% of budgets that go to curators. most other grant programs have a much larger rake to make it efficient. we're going for <10% at scale
