is basescan contract verification down?

keep getting this, not sure if the indexer is backlogged or what

Error during verification: Etherscan could not detect the deployment.

Think so, was having the same issue earlier today.

Verification works via the basescan UI, but not via from the API (or foundry).

Blockscout is the most widely used full-featured open-source block explorer.
