congrats!! for how long did you train in swimming? it's the sport where I have the least resistance

used the ironman 70.3 training plan from their website (20 weeks) didn't know how to properly swim crawl before that think most people are cyclists or runners as being a good swimmer has the least impact on your time

great will check it out i've been cycling for a while and now i'm getting more into running. my goal is to do a triathlon first, then see if i can aim for smth bigger

sounds like a good plan! i still suck at cycling, mostly just trained on a zwift inside because it was less time intensive xd
