my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

Locking or staking income should be your funds. Not allocation. This incentivizes tipping to an alt or to an IRL friend. Just my two cents.
