Introducing Priority mode

See fewer uninteresting casts when using Warpcast

By default, the app will only show you casts from accounts 1) you follow, 2) with the power badge or 3) engaged with by the cast author

Toggle on / off in settings

following @paybot, @swapbot, and other bots is now a lot more important as bots don't always have a power badge (refreshes every week) 

otherwise you
- won't receive notifs for receiving payments
- won't receive notifs for paybot replying with your frame
