I'd say yes, less exciting. The only benefit I could see would be props would be easier to get passed, since there'd be some urgency in spending it before it gets burned- but there's a difference between trying stuff to see where it goes and being careless, and I think this would push us over that line.

That being said, this is coming from someone who'll likely not be able to afford a noun for years to come, so I'm speaking strictly from a builder perspective. Even the benefit i mentioned is probably rooted in that bias
