IBANs, SWIFT and sort codes, account numbers, routing numbers, ACH, ABA, physical addresses (of the bank or of the recipient?), KYC verifications, etc.

this is true. The gotcha is that setting up a wallet and converting crypto  to fiat can be very challenging for non-technical folks
