my thoughts on making degen lock up better

1. get a degen allowance based on your % of staked degen in the pool 
2. 50% of your degen allowance can be tipped, other 50% is claimable by the staker next airdrop
3. if you don't tip your allowance you can't claim your airdrop (if you tip 10% you can claim 10%)

working on matcha.xyz and @paybot, yc alum

tipping solution has to (1) get peeps excited (upwards buy pressure) (2) keep from distributing too much tips (dilutes value) (3) encourage peeps to sell in an orderly fashion (too much sell pressure is bad)

this is all new and super interesting to me.
