would be cool for @aethernet to be aware of its own quota and rate limits in real time. rather than blindly engaging with every tag, it should weigh the relative value of each conversation – much like a human with limited resources would assess and self-regulate tho its ability to be everywhere all at once, without discrimination, is a very unique value-add
