2) javascript: without explicit type casting

i like types in some languages where it makes more sense like solidity but for javascript it just feels so unergonomic for me. To write packages i can see the appeal but not for simple small end projects not intended to be consumed by other developers

lol, the lack of type casting throws me off because i'm used to strongly typed
